El tema que aborda el presente trabajo de investigacion se refiere a la relacion entre el proceso de apropiacion de la lengua escrita y la concurrencia previa o no de Jardin de Infantes. El principal objetivo fue verificar si la concurrencia previa a Jardin de Infantes favorecia o contribuia a la construccion de conceptualismos mas avanzados sobre el sistema de escritura y la adquisicion de un amyor conocimiento (alto o medio) sobre la funcion social de la lengua escrita, y a partir de esta verificacion pensar al Jardin como un ambito de prevencion de las dificultades del aprendizaje o de deteccion precoz de estas dificultades (mas alla de los objetivos que el mismo presenta). La poblacion estuvo conformada por 59 ninos que concurrian a preescolar en el Jardin Nucleado Nro. 162 ubicado en la ciudad de Granadero Baigorria, provincia de Santa Fe. Se tomaron como variables para este estudio la concurrencia previa a Jardin de Infantes, el tiempo de concurrencia previa a Jardin de Infantes, el tiempo de concurrencia previa a Jardin de Infantes y/o Maternal, el dominio del sistema de escritura, el conocimiento sobre la funcion social de la lengua escrita y la estimulacion familir. La medicion de las variables se realizo a traves de entrevistas grupales e individuales y tomas de escritura, ademas de encuentas enviadas a los padres(AU).

This book explores the discourse pragmatics of reportive evidentiality in Macedonian, Japanese and English through an empirical study of evidential strategies in narrative retelling. The patterns of evidential use (and non-use) found in these languages are attributed to contextual, cultural and grammatical factors that motivate the adoption of an ‘epistemological stance’ — a concept that owes much to recent trends in Cognitive Linguistics. The patterns of evidential strategies found in the three languages provide a fine illustration of the balancing act between speakers’ expressions of their own subjectivity, their motivations to tell a coherent and exciting story, and their motivations to be faithful retellers of someone elses’ story. These pressures are further complicated by the grammatical and pragmatic conventions that are particular to each language. Evidentiality and Epistemological Stance: narrative retelling will appeal to those interested in evidentiality, grammar and pragmatics, cross-linguistics discourse analysis, linguistic subjectivity and narrative.
