This has been so thoroughly appreciated by individuals endeavor ing to prepare themselves, and by large classes in public and private evening schools, correspondence schools, and associations, whose dependence was entirely upon their instructor's familiarity with the examinations, that there is a strong demand for a series of books which shall familiarize the applicant with the form and method of the examination, avoid the use of technical terms, and direct him in the study of only such matter as is necessary for his use.
