El transporte público es uno de los elementos vitales para la correcta gestión del tráfico en las zonas urbanas. Su correcto funcionamiento ofrece a los ciudadanos una alternativa al transporte privado, reduciendo así la cantidad de vehículos circulando y por lo tanto la emisión de gases contaminantes. Es necesario pues un sistema para optimizar el uso de estos transportes, para que el servicio sea capaz de satisfacer la demanda de los usuarios en todo momento sin malgastar fondos públicos. Para ello se utilizan ciertas herramientas predictivas que utilizan información obtenida con anterioridad para planificar cómo debe ser el servicio en cada ocasión. Cuanto más extensa y concreta sea esta información mejor podrá ser el servicio ofrecido, por lo que es necesario invertir recursos en la obtención de estos datos. Uno de los medios de transporte público más utilizado es el autobús, en el cual actualmente se utilizan diferentes medios para saber cuándo un pasajero sube al vehículo y se realizan encuestas periódicas sobre el servicio, pero no existe un sistema fiable para saber dónde sube y baja cada usuario. Este tipo de información resultaría de gran utilidad a la hora de realizar predicciones futuras para así ofrecer un mejor servicio a los ciudadanos. El objetivo de este Trabajo Final de Grado es la elaboración de un dispositivo capaz de proporcionar este tipo de información de la forma más útil posible. Para ello se propone el uso de Sniffers (dispositivos capaces de detectar las señales WiFi a su alrededor) para recopilar información sobre los teléfonos móviles de los pasajeros. Este proceso no invade la privacidad de los ciudadanos, ya que los únicos datos que se van a obtener están relacionados con la proximidad del teléfono, la cual se relaciona con la ubicación del autobús y las diferentes paradas a lo largo del recorrido . Así pues, se ha creado el prototipo de un dispositivo capaz de generar información sobre los usuarios del servicio de autobuses, preparando los datos para un futuro análisis que permita mejorar la calidad de vida de los ciudadanos.

Vitamin D deficiency, circulating levels lower than 15 ng/ml, is an epidemic disease worldwide with more than a billion people suffering of it in the beginning of the 21-century. Besides its impact on mineral and bone metabolism, these low vitamin D levels are also associated with a diversity of non-skeletal complications, among them cardiovascular disease, diabetes mellitus, multiple sclerosis, cancer, tuberculosis, and immune system dysfunction. Chronic Kidney Disease is also a very common disease, affecting more than 10% of the world population, ranging from stage 1 to stage 5 before dialysis. Approximately 1% of the population in industrialized countries is affected by end-stage renal disease (ESRD), needing a renal replacement therapy either hemodialysis or peritoneal dialysis, and ultimately by renal transplantation. Those CKD patients are more susceptible to exhibit reduced vitamin D stocks. Consequently, more than eighty percent of CKD patients have either insufficient or deficient vitamin D levels for multiple reasons.
