Introducción: En las empresas de seguridad privada se manejan distintos procesos, como lo es la actualización de datos personales, control de cursos de seguridad y acreditaciones (Supervigilancia, 2018). La necesidad de tener esta información actualizada por parte de las compañías es primordial para así reducir el riesgo de algún tipo de sanción económica o perdida de licencia ocasionada por un error humano que se pueda presentar durante la ejecución de alguna de las funciones. Actualmente, las tecnologías de la información son indispensables en el día a día, facilitando actividades que anteriormente requerían más tiempo. Con la globalización de las herramientas tecnológicas se lograron cerrar brechas sociales, educativas y económicas. Los beneficios obtenidos por estas herramientas no han afectado solamente a la persona natural sino también a las empresas y organizaciones. Adaptando de forma innovadora estos conceptos se ha logrado tener un mejor resultado en el funcionamiento del sistema, generando mayor capital (Botello Peñaloza, Pedraza Avella, & Contreras Pacheco, 2015). La gran mayoría de las empresas buscan soluciones tecnológicas, automatizando funciones sin tener una correcta integración, al no tener un sistema que centralice todas las partes involucradas, el proceso de gestión de la información resulta ser poco eficaz entorpeciendo el funcionamiento de la empresa. Al no poder unificar todos los componentes críticos en el sistema, se integran mediante procesos manuales que resultan ser dispendiosos y poco confiables.
