The authors contribute the definition, development and evaluation of generic competencies that they propose to develop in the university student. They propose as key competencies, planning of objectives, responsibility, critical thinking, team work, oral communication, creativity and innovation, interpersonal understanding and communication skills, as well as the use of the IT in the search and elaboration of information, the handling of the interculturality in the classroom, negotiation and conflict management.
