El agente será el encargado de realizar las búsquedas de servicios a partir de los datos introducidos por el usuario a través de la interfaz de búsqueda. El "servicio" es una entidad software que realiza funciones para beneficiar a un usuario o una aplicación. Un servicio puede ejecutarse en un servidor instalado en el móvil o en la red. El agente estará compuesto de: una interfaz de usuario y un sistema de acceso a las bases de datos, mediante Queries. La base de datos, que almacena toda la información de los servicios disponibles, será externa.
