L'installation de générateurs d'énergie renouvelable distribués tels que les panneaux photovoltaïques sur les toitures ainsi que les éoliennes en milieu rural ou industriel transforme profondément les réseaux de distribution. Ainsi, les flux de puissance dans les lignes électriques du réseau peuvent être fortement modifiés voire inversés, si bien que certaines lignes peuvent s'en retrouver surchargées et en sur ou sous-tension. Afin d'améliorer la flexibilité des réseaux et de résoudre ces problèmes, il est pertinent d'une part de mailler le réseau, et d'autre part de passer du courant alternatif au courant continu. Un réseau maillé en courant continu équipé de générateurs non pilotables (panneaux photovoltaïques, éoliennes) requiert alors des emph{contrôleurs de flux de puissance}, c'est-à-dire des dispositifs électroniques capables de piloter la puissance circulant dans chacune des branches auxquelles ils sont reliés. Après avoir choisi une architecture de convertisseur pour remplir une telle fonction, nous montrons qu'elle peut être modélisée par un système dynamique bi-linéaire dont la sortie est polynomiale. De plus, en vue de pouvoir prendre en compte les incertitudes du réseau, nous construisons un modèle dont les paramètres sont incertains. Nous analysons alors le modèle ainsi que ses limites physiques, et dégageons des conditions d'existence de points d'équilibre, qui permettent de cerner l'espace dans lequel les paramètres incertains peuvent exister. Nous proposons deux nouvelles lois de commande pour lesquels des garanties de stabilité et de robustesse ont été obtenues via le modèle dynamique du convertisseur. Ces deux lois sont comparées entre elles et avec une commande classique de type PI multivariable sur un banc d'essai expérimental. De manière plus générale, cette étude permet également de proposer une méthode pour la régulation de sortie des systèmes soumis à des incertitudes paramétriques.
