The first volume (parts 1-99) contains current regulations issued under subtitle A-Office of the Secretary of Transportation; the second volume (parts 100-177) and the third volume (parts 178-199) contain the current regulations issued under chapter I-Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (DOT); the fourth volume (parts 200-299) contains the current regulations issued under chapter II-Federal Railroad Administration (DOT); the fifth volume (parts 300-399) contains the current regulations issued under chapter III-Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (DOT); the sixth volume (parts 400-571) contains the current regulations issued under chapter IV-Coast Guard (DHS), and some of chapter V-National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (DOT); the seventh volume (parts 572-999) contains the rest of the regulations issued under chapter IV, and the current regulations issued under chapter VI-Federal Transit Administration (DOT), chapter VII-National Railroad Passenger Corporation (AMTRAK), and chapter VIII-National Transportation Safety Board; the eighth volume (parts 1000-1199) contains the current regulations issued under chapter X-Surface Transportation Board and the ninth volume (part 1200 to end) contains the current regulations issued under chapter X-Surface Transportation Board, chapter XI-Research and Innovative Technology Administration, and chapter XII-Transportation Security Administration, Department of Transportation.
