State v. Lewis, 20 Nev. 33. 22 Pac. 24l. 39 L. R. A. 740. The legal presumption is in favor of sanity, and one who does not deny the commission of the crim inal act. But pleads insanity as an ex cuse. Takes the burden of proof. And if he fails to produce evidence to change the presumption raised 'against him by the fact of the killing.
