Includes general, seasonal, and subject catalogs, some in serial form, e.g. The Riverside bulletin (1871-1872), Literary bulletin of Houghton, Mifflin and Company (1879-1894), Catalogue of books published by Houghton, Mifflin and Company (1881-1896/97), A Portrait catalogue of books published by Houghton, Mifflin and Company (1897/98-1910), A Complete catalogue of the books of Houghton Mifflin Company (1911-1968), The Piper (1918-1932), Educational progress (1921-1930). Catalogs of books and services (e.g. testing) for the educational market begin ca. 1903 and predominate after ca. 1940. Also includes 2 George A.
