[CASTELLÀ] El objetivo específico es la implementación de un sistema de automatización para la caracterización de sistemas fotovoltaicos conectados a la red eléctrica. Este proyecto nace de la necesidad de automatizar la configuración y extracción de medidas de sistemas fotovoltaicos, ya que para realizar una caracterización de forma manual se requieren de muchas horas de trabajo y de la realización de acciones muy repetitivas. Con la plataforma de automatización implementada, se evitan estos problemas y se consigue una caracterización del sistema fotovoltaico mucho más optimizada y completa. La implementación de este sistema de automatización se basa en el diseño y desarrollo de una aplicación en LabVIEW. Por un lado, esta aplicación permite definir la secuencia de acciones que se realizarán de forma totalmente automática, como la configuración de equipos, la adquisición de datos, la puesta en marcha de determinados elementos del circuito, las capturas con las formas de onda del osciloscopio, etc. Cuando se finalizan estas acciones, se generan unos reportes con los resultados completos de la caracterización del sistema fotovoltaico. Por otro lado, y no menos importante, la aplicación permite el control remoto de cada uno de los instrumentos que se utilizan para alimentar, configurar y caracterizar el sistema fotovoltaico conectado a red. Finalmente, a fin de verificar el funcionamiento de la plataforma de automatización desarrollada en este proyecto, se realiza un ejemplo práctico en el que se evalúa comparativamente las prestaciones de dos tecnologías de fabricación de MOSFETs diferentes (Silicio y Carburo de Silicio) aplicadas en el sistema fotovoltaico.
