Any person may become a life member Of the Society upon payment of ten (10) dollars, which shall be in lieu of all assessments or annual dues; and all persons who have been members for twenty Or more years and have paid their regular dues, shall be life members. Sec. 5. Any person distinguished in horticulture, upon the recommendation of the Executive Committee, may be elected an honorary member of the Society by the affirmative vote of two thirds of the members present at any regular meeting. Honorary members shall not have the right to vote nor incur any Of the liabilities of members, but they shall be admitted to all meetings and exhibitions of the Society.
