Dans un contexte de maîtrise budgétaire des finances publiques, le cadre de l'exercice officinal évolue chaque année en fonction de la loi de financement de la sécurité sociale. Dans cet environnement mouvant, le pilotage de l'entreprise officinale par la seule analyse de l'exercice comptable et ou de l'intuition du pharmacien n'est plus suffisant. Ces dernières années, le management stratégique est devenu une activité à part entière de l'entrepreneur, ainsi qu'une discipline des écoles de gestion. Les académiques ont développé et validé de nombreux outils pour aider les entrepreneurs à structurer leur stratégie d'entreprise. Aujourd'hui, par manque de culture, de formation ou de temps cet exercice est souvent mis de côté. Nous nous intéresserons dans ce travail à l'intérêt de la démarche de management stratégique à l'officine. Notre étude portera sur l'élaboration d'une méthodologie de management stratégique de l'entreprise officinale et d'évaluer l'adaptabilité au travers d'une étude de cas. L'objectif de cette partie est de construire une méthodologie d'analyse stratégique applicable aux entreprises officinales, de vérifier son applicabilité et de comprendre son intérêt. Nous avons réalisé cette étude en ayant établi le constat suivant : en lien avec sa fonction de titulaire d'officine, le pharmacien conduit de multiples activités tout en devant s'adapter aux différentes mutations de sa profession. La qualité d'entrepreneur du pharmacien nous interroge sur le fonctionnement du pilotage de sa stratégie. En effet, l'analyse du bilan comptable et l'intuition sont-ils suffisants pour développer de nouvelles activités ? Nous sommes donc partis du postulat que la majorité des officines n'établit pas clairement de stratégie, elle n'intègre pas les étapes du processus de management stratégique à son activité. Ce postulat aurait pu être quantifié par un sondage auprès des officines afin de connaître la proportion d'officines ayant recours au management stratégique. D'une part, l'application de cette méthodologie a permis de vérifier l'applicabilité des outils d'analyse stratégique à l'entreprise officinale. D'autre part, leur utilisation a permis de repositionner l'officine dans son environnement tout en dégageant des axes d'améliorations possibles.
