Le maintien de son leadership dans la production du Doliprane®, formes sèches et suppositoires, est le garant d’une image forte du groupe Sanofi, 2e producteur pharmaceutique européen et 5e mondial. Afin de satisfaire la constante augmentation de la demande du marché, tout en maintenant un coût de production compétitif, le site de Lisieux s’est donné pour objectif un gain de un point de rendement pour l’année 2016. Ce gain de performance pourra financer de nouvelles capacités de production et ainsi optimiser sa réactivité face à la demande. Cette étude a pour objectif de diminuer le volume de pertes de produits finis et semi-ouvrés. Pour ce faire il s’agit de mettre en place un procédé de recyclage des rejets en routine, tout en respectant la qualité et la sécurité des médicaments produits. L’introduction de valeurs seuils d’alerte doit permettre d’augmenter la réactivité des équipes de production et de maintenance. Enfin, le suivi des indicateurs clés de performance doit garantir la maîtrise de l’efficience du procédé.

It is estimated that literally billions of residents in urban and peri-urban areas of Africa, Asia, and Latin America are served by onsite sanitation systems (e.g. various types of latrines and septic tanks).
