This book is focused on telling an event in history known as Bacon's Rebellion. It was an armed rebellion held by Virginia settlers, led by Nathaniel Bacon against Colonial Governor William Berkeley, after Berkeley refused Bacon's request to drive Native Americans out of Virginia.
