Jo Miller put Samantha in a box with food and water. Jo Miller moved Samantha to the barn. It was then that she realized Samantha was blind because the cat sat facing the wall without moving. Samantha’s new home was in the gift shop on the farm. Jo Miller took special care of Samantha. Samantha was given a nice bed, food and water and a litter box. Samantha has a special place in Mrs. Miller’s heart because Mrs. Miller has lost some sight in one eye from Wet Macular Degeneration. Samantha enjoys sitting on the rug she believes was put there just for her in the Gift Shop.
