Book Description
Sit with Yourself is a project I wanted to write about after my previous book "What does one do with grief? “ It is a collection of feelings that stays with you and consoles you that you're enough with your being and that you don't need another entity or person to make you feel complete. Sit with yourself means talking to yourself as another. Sitting down with your good characters, insecurities, and bad behaviours and feeling not ashamed by yourself nor disgusted. It's self-love while no one is present. The co-authors have tried their very best to express that feeling and you'll surely love to read it through.

Book Description
I'll start with saying that one way or the other in some minimal way, we all have, if not all, experienced grief. It's a gruesome and sad feeling that drowns us in the sea of emotions. And it takes a whole lot to rescue yourself by building your boat or canoe or whatever means of escape so as not to be taken as one of the creatures of the sea. I have written this book as a result of my grandmother's passing in a hope to build a bridge that holds everyone together. To give everyone a platform where they could voice out their sorrows and feelings that might have been trapped and not let out. My condolences to whomever has lost a loved one or ones. Take this book as a form of embrace and shine brighter wherever you are. You are not defined by what happens around you but by how you deal with what life throws at you.

Book Description
. Renewal of Life by Transmission. The most notable distinction between living and inanimate things is that the former maintain themselves by renewal. A stone when struck resists. If its resistance is greater than the force of the blow struck, it remains outwardly unchanged. Otherwise, it is shattered into smaller bits. Never does the stone attempt to react in such a way that it may maintain itself against the blow, much less so as to render the blow a contributing factor to its own continued action. While the living thing may easily be crushed by superior force, it none the less tries to turn the energies which act upon it into means of its own further existence. If it cannot do so, it does not just split into smaller pieces (at least in the higher forms of life), but loses its identity as a living thing. As long as it endures, it struggles to use surrounding energies in its own behalf. It uses light, air, moisture, and the material of soil. To say that it uses them is to say that it turns them into means of its own conservation. As long as it is growing, the energy it expends in thus turning the environment to account is more than compensated for by the return it gets: it grows. Understanding the word "control" in this sense, it may be said that a living being is one that subjugates and controls for its own continued activity the energies that would otherwise use it up. Life is a self-renewing process through action upon the environment.

Book Description
OVER TEN MILLION COPIES SOLD #1 INTERNATIONAL BESTSELLER What are the most valuable things that everyone should know? Acclaimed clinical psychologist Jordan B Peterson has influenced the modern understanding of personality, and now he has become one of the world's most popular public thinkers, with his lectures on topics from the Bible to romantic relationships to mythology drawing tens of millions of viewers. In an era of unprecedented change and polarizing politics, his frank and refreshing message about the value of individual responsibility and ancient wisdom has resonated around the world. In this book, he provides twelve profound and practical principles for how to live a meaningful life, from setting your house in order before criticising others to comparing yourself to who you were yesterday, not someone else today. Happiness is a pointless goal, he shows us. Instead we must search for meaning, not for its own sake, but as a defence against the suffering that is intrinsic to our existence. Drawing on vivid examples from the author's clinical practice and personal life, cutting-edge psychology and philosophy, and lessons from humanity's oldest myths and stories, 12 Rules for Life offers a deeply rewarding antidote to the chaos in our lives: eternal truths applied to our modern problems.
